Cameron Roberson has 15+ years experience in marketing and UX design, leading internal digital teams at advertising agencies and within healthcare to build integrated design systems that focus on usability, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
Krizia is a product designer in the Healthtech space, focused on design systems strategy. As a systems thinker, she has crafted toolkits and operationalized processes that enable product teams to efficiently build seamless app experiences. Outside of her work, she loves connecting with peers and mentors in product design, which led her to to co-found femmecubator.com, a platform that supports women of color breaking into a career in technology.
Lee Wells has been in and around Humana Factors, User Experience, Interaction Design, and Design Standards for 16 years. He is passionate about process, reusability, and design systems. Lee’s current position as Associate Director of Enterprise Design Standards at Humana has allowed him to utilize his experiences to create and maintain an enterprise-level Design Language System.
